move over Huevos Rancheros...I am currently addicted to Eggs Benedict. Somehow I just discovered that I am in love with poached eggs, and now I just cant get enough.

EGGS. I can eat eggs at any time of day. I just love those things. You can have them like 456 ways. They are the best at night, because somehow you feel rebellious eating them.

me and my office crush,, well, my boyfriend...went to Lulu's Cafe today for lunch. Their benedict made me feel happy. However, almost all Benedicts at this point make me smile.
